Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data FINSECRA handles when you visit this website or contact us, and why. It does not cover client engagements, which are governed by the data processing terms in each contract.

Who is responsible

FINSECRA (“we”), based in India, is the controller for the data described here. Contact Juhi Singh at juhi.singh@finsecra.ai.

What this website does not do

• No cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
• No third-party scripts or externally loaded fonts. Your browser only talks to our host.
• No forms. We receive nothing unless you choose to email us.

What we do process

• Emails you send us. Your name, email address and whatever you include, used to reply and, if you wish, to scope an engagement. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• Hosting access logs. Our hosting provider records technical request data, such as IP address, browser user agent and time of request, to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Who receives it

Amazon Web Services, which hosts this website, and the provider that hosts our business email. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.

International transfers

FINSECRA is based in India. Where personal data from the EU/EEA or UK is transferred to India or to our service providers, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and deleted when no longer needed. Hosting logs are kept according to our provider’s standard retention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy of your data. Email us to exercise any of these. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
